Yes the cover comes with a new CVO. I had an 11 and it was identical to the 16 that I traded in on. The only difference is between the ones with a tour pack and those without.

My previous bike, a 2012 FLHTCUSE7 , came with a lite weight indoor cover . My present bike, a 2015 Limited , came with a heaver indoor/outdoor cover which lies bagged and unused in the garage .
