I put formula plus in the tranny and Primary . In the primary it has taken out that neutral rattle.

They printed out the "Neutral Rattle" statement for me. This is way beyond that. If they want to hold by that, it's fine. I have a 3yr warranty, and I'll ride it until it gives out. I'm guessing that will be in the next 1K miles. LOL

You shouldn't "have" to do that on a new 40K MC though.

I totally agree. Like you I have a extended warranty.
Leaving it stock and ride the **** out of it.
