.... well, they're sayin' that a frame change is coming next year
.... you'd think such a change would be optimized for future motors, w/the TC likely phasing out
.......... phase out the twinkie & sure nuff, the m8 114 is the likely replacement
Hopefully sooner rather than later but if one is a HD dealership you better hope like hell all old style bikes are sold BEFORE the new M8's arrive in volume.

I would think the 114 M8 will be the new CVO motor as it is already, question is will there be some great after market upgrades like the 110"? The M8 motors are smooth and run well, will a new 107" kick up on a slightly modded 110? No not yet, after market has 16 years of upgrades to the TC, time will tell on the 114". Have not rode a 114" but if the 107" is an indicator, than it will do fine.
The 114 twin cooled run better than the 110 twin cooled. I suspect Harley is depleting its inventory of 103's and 110's and the all model lines will use the new M8 engine after that is complete.
Rode a new CVO Limited 114" today, one word, Amazing. Motor, suspension was amazing, also the price. The trade value of my perfectly fine 2014 CVO limited was a deal breaker. IMHO not worth the monetary kick in the NADS. The bike yes, the trade value NO.
