Tis the Season to get stuff done.Got a 2012 SESG .Wanna replace stock.Who sells these odd size tires other than dealer?
I don't know what size tires your bike takes. The Dunlap American Elite is a good choice. The Dunlap Elite 4 is another. Next would be the Michelin Commander II and then the Metz 888.
Dennis Kirk and Jake wilson have the best prices and fast delivery.
Thanks for the info.My tires sizes i thought were dealer only?
130/60b-19 61h Fronts and 180/55b -18 80h
I'll call my local dealer and price.I did check a couple on line sellers the numbers they stock don't match exactly to the spec. tire. Not sure what i can get away with?
Not much knowledge with motorcycle tires only what a good looking rain thread pattern is about all i can figure out.
I will be removing both wheels.Watched a vid on the rear R&R With marking the cam before removal.Familiar with my 02 Softail.Used a vernier caliper to true that assembly.
This scoot will require removing more parts for easier axle R&R.Weird the rear sprocket has no bolts.Well the vid was for a 2011.I got a 2012.
Hopefully i won't be throwing wrenches? Not falling of the jack is a BIG PLUS
For your model year the total cost came to $331.46, Free Shipping for the American Elites.
They also had other brand tires but most importantly, make sure the weight loads are correct and match the factory tires specs. Which these tires I believe do.

You must have been looking when i was.Yes they match perfectly!I like the added rain groove on the elite's.Better than stock for rain it looks like.
Thanks for the link! Free shipping too.May call Stealer just for curiosity on price
Already got my tires in mail today.Had wheels off yesterday.
After I was quoted 830 Bucks for the job at closest dealer.F that got the Jack out and stripped the bitch.
Gotta be careful wear to balance jack.I was wrong so had to reset the Jack without rear wheel on.Got it done.No wrenches thrown yet.
Couldn't believe it.Dropped the wheels of to a fireman that specializes in relaceing wheels.Superior work. It's my 3rd job with him.
Gary's Custom wheels Attleboro MA. He is gonna install the little ***** instead of ugly weights.
He said i saved 40 bucks getting tires mailed. All good Bud,Thanks for your help
Looks like you got it done. I've changed to the Mich Commander II's which they seem to make in most sizes to match the stock Dunlop specs. So far happy with them. Still been using dealer ordered tires at discount and discounted install because I wanted some other items looked at while it was in. I'm sure your mail order with indy install is cheaper. Michelin has recently come out with some new sizes to fit some of the odd size rims so be sure and check their main catalog if you don't see them at distributor sites.
