Hey flashracer, that is true, the signals for the 2017 Limited won't fit on the 2018 CVO Limited because the CVO turn signals use a JAE plug instead of an 1157 plug. However, we do manufacture our ProBEAM Dynamic Ringz with a JAE plug for your motorcycle.

Trying to install the new Pro Beam turn signals and there is no slack in the wiring and it is impossible to just unplug connector as stated in instructions. Anyone else had this problem and do I need to disassemble running lamps to get some slack?

Sometimes the stock wiring will get looped up in the forks, leading to an absence of slack. It is possible to remove the turn signal mounts and install the signals, as seen in the video below for our Bullet Ringz. what did you change on the rear of a cvo sg? I didnt know CD made anything for the rear
