Default 1999 FXR3 | Starter Problems

I just replaced the battery on my bike. I went with this fancy new lightweight lithium battery. The reason I replaced the old one, is when I would go to start it, the bike would just click. I figured I needed a battery with more CCA. I have a S&S 113 in the bike, so I figured more CCA's would be better to turn the motor. Replaced the battery, and still...just a click..Sometimes it starts, sometimes it just clicks once. I can see the lights dim, so there is something going on electrically. I also just replaced the relay that comes off the starter as that was bad.

So what do you guys think? Is it something in the switch on the handlebars?? Should I shoot some WD-40 in there? Maybe replace the switch? I'm scratching my head over here!

Thanks..

Thanks...The ground is good to go. I was actually getting a slow turn on the bike yesterday. I'm thinking it's the switch or a relay. I bought a relay yesterday and haven't had time to install it. I have heard FXRs are notorious for blowing relays, so we'll see if I fried it or not.

Fixed it...had to clean the solenoid. There was no grease on the plunger and one of the contacts was a little dirty.
