Pipe Recommendations? 2018 CVO Street Glide

Pipe Recommendations? 2018 CVO Street Glide
I know there are other threads but I'd like the latest thoughts on the following:
I want slightly louder, deep sounding pipes
do not want to change headers
I do not want to tune the bike.
I want to maintain the stock look as much as possible (shiny black heat shields)
I want to maintain Warranty
I have heard the magnaflows are nice but do they fit nicely under current heat shields?

They will not require a tune unless you change the head pipe. If going that route also get the tech mat and screens as it removes the raspy sound and give a smoother deeper sound.
If you want Slip ons, Rinheart has an EPA approved set that the factory heat shield will go on.

Fullsac power cores are a great option. I have taken that route on 8 bikes now. The 2.25 provide the deepest sound. The 1.175 provide the most low end torque.

I have a 2017 cvo limited with fullsac baffles. I did install the 2" baffles at first. The sound was somewhat louder than stock but I wanted a little more so I ordered the 2.25" and absolutely love the sound, nice deep rumble and good bark when you get on it. I probably did give up a litle torque but my butt dyno can't tell any difference. Go with the 2.25 with the mat and screens

I have been running Fullsac since 2009 when Steve came out with the "B" X-Pipe, then "D" X-Pipe. I have the 2.00", 2.25" & the no longer avaiable 2.50" CVO baffles with screens.
Just like what Dave said above, I totally agree. At one time, Fullsac use to be the best kept secret.
Best Bang for the buck, Barnone Fullsac.

I am about to replace my stock mufflers with 4” Hi Rollers and use the factory heat shields. With the heat shields being so different on several CVOs it’s making it difficult to change exhaust and keep the stock apprearence. I talked to a local powder coated and he said he did not think powder coating would hold up. I thought about jet coating but nothing available in glossy black. I want to got with the S&S full compliant exhaust I had on my last CVO but no luck on color matching, so muffler swap only for now.

I have tried both the 2.0 and the 2.25. You loose a very little torque under 2500 rpm with the 2.25, however I much prefer the sound of the 2.25. Torque lost is around 2 ftlbs, and only below 2500 rpm. The 2.25 has a nice sound when you get on it. But mellow enough at 3000 rpm steady interstate cruising that its not bothersome. I have done many 1000 mile days with the 2.25.

I put Magnaflow knockouts on my 2019 cvo sg, before that I ran magnaflow hitmans on my 2017 SGS, I ran a total of 6 sets on my 2017 and the magnaflows were by far my favorite, chest thumping deep! I was gonna go with the hitman on my 2019 but they are 4.5 and I needed a 4 inch slip on to accommodate the stock heat shields. I really thought about going the fullsac route but I just didn't want to hack up the stock cans.
