About $10K overpriced. Miles? I have had zero issues with mine. Back then the worry mongerers were crying cams and lifters. It's a good ride, try re negotiating.

It's a 'hold over', no miles....never been on the road.
Nice to hear no issues....Thanks
My friend has a 2015 CVO RG and about at the 10K mile mark needed a new water pump. He was up north on the road when it happened and asked me to check on this forum regarding trouble with the water pumps. I saw a comment from someone that had had that problem in Sturgis and the dealer he took his to there (Black Hills) told him that they had replaced a "hundred or a few hundred" of them during the rally. I can't remember which is was but even a hundred seems like a pretty large amount. He next had a problem with the Infotainment system and once again I researched it on this forum and found that perhaps on the RG needing a screen replacement was not an unusual problem. He took it to the dealer and they had to replace the screen. Think if it were me and adding in it being a CVO plus any 110 concerns, I'd push for some sort of extended warranty.
.
Nice info, Thanks.
I will be scratching and digging for ext warranty and HD bling bucks tossed in.
Recently bought a 16 CVO Street Glide with 6800 miles on it. Came with raised bars and and paint match king tour pack. We gave 27995.00 and got a 3 year extended warranty for an additional 1500.00. Got it home and drove it for about 100 miles, started making a hell of a racket. Ended up needing 4 lifters and new cam tensioners. My guess is that needing the lifters is why the bike was traded in and the dealership didn't run it long enough for it to be warm enough for the lifters to make noise. It's fixed and have put about 500 miles on since and have not had any issue so far. Definitely buy the extended warranty, and FYI the price on that is negotiable.
Had the exact same bike.At 10,000 miles I had a Problem with the Trans fluid migrating to the primary. HD has the TSB, and the fix. $30,000 is way to much to pay for that bike. $25,000 sounds much better. I paid $36,000 in 2016.
Based on the fact that you keep your bikes a while and this is still new with the 2yr factory warranty I think you’re good at $30k. It’s one of thoese things, they don’t make anymore new 2016 bikes. So if you want a new 2016 bike your opportunities will be limited.
Hoping to hear in the near future that you bought it.
Been looking at 16 CVOs for a few months now. Nice find for a new one, there was one at Gengras in CT a couple months ago. Problem is once you register it, its a used one, IMO 35K is WAY too much. I would think if you could find an 18 around 35-37 ish...Arent 19s like 42? Most I would pay would be $26K OTD WITH a 5-7 year extended plan,. Best price ive seen was 22.5 with around 10K miles two months ago on the rumble on site (see below theres an awesome one there right now!). Go visit the CVO.ORG site and ask them about the TC 110. Lifters are considered to be a maintenance item to be replaced every 15K or so...some are failing sooner.
Example 1: 2016 RGCVO with 1100 miles, if you like the color I'd consider this one also...Good Luck!!! If you love that one 35K worth go for it and enjoy!!!

Thanks for the info, greatly appreciated......I have been asked to stop in to the dealer on Wed "for a talk".....
