Looking for some help to answer a question. Wanting to upgrade the handlebars on my '19 SG CVO. In my mind I have narrowed it down to either the KST Custom Bison or Mayhem or the Factory 47 Assaults. Fortunately before all of this lockdown crap had sat on a couple of bikes at the local dealer and figured out that 12" was the height. Like the look of the three and leaning towards the Factory 47 but if anyone has any feedback would appreciate it!
I have a 2019 cvo sg with factory 47 12's, I love them, the 1.5 inch diameter looks great in my opinion. KST mayhem's on my 2017 sg and they are good bars as well but only 1.25 diameter, I wanted something a little more beefy on my cvo, the factory 47's fit the bill and build quality is too notch. They offer a nice military discount as well if that applies to you.
I have used Paul Yaffe 14" Monkey bars on my last four bikes. Used factory 47 14" on my 15 CVO road glide, they are about 1.5 inches shorter than Yaffe and about 2 inches wider. I much prefer the comfort of the Yaffe for me, that said I like the diameter of the Factory 47 better.
Current 13 CVO King 14 yaffe bars
The one and only Street Glide I have owned. Again 14 Yaffe.
14 Yaffe bars my current CVO RG, have had them on two other CVO road glides.
