I am glad to hear things are being taken care of. I am just shy of 5500 miles on my bike (RKC with 110 engine). I am now seeing a small leak on the rear and an even smaller leak on the front.
I will ride this weekend, then have her taken in for repair.
It makes me wonder if it is a heat issue. My 110 is pretty hot. 260+ oil temps.
Interesting questionon the heat related. The day mine let loose (more than an ooze) I was running it pretty hard, extended period at 80 and a little over attimes,it was 90+ degrees. So, did that do it or it was just it's time. On one hand I say it was just it's time to let go since it had oozed for 2000 miles and i have riden it hard many times during that period but shorter periods. On the other I was pushing pretty hard when it let go and for a bunch of miles at the end of a 300 mile ride.

while riding yesterday I was keeping an eye on the oil temp, it never went above 240* and the ambient air temp was over 90*, so far so good, no leaks or seepage..... yet.
I had some oil seeping from the middle bolt between the cylinders at about 150miles,I tightened that bolt and the other two and no more seepage, I have 550 miles on it now and it's running great!
I've beenrunning the Thundermax ECM with autotune since I broughtthe bikehome, I'm hoping that has helped......
(Sorry for the double post) I didnt notice the leak until 2500 to3000 mi. could be due heat making o-ring shrink and causing barroles to leak due to the fact that the groovefor the o-ring is out of tollerance.

I have my fingers crossed...........
I thought the middle bolt was for the crankcase halves? If it was loose, wouldn't you also have oil leaking elsewhere? My crankcase was bored for the 110 kit (sorry guys, just a CVO "wanna be" here). I don't think they were split, though.
Anyway, I rose 500 miles the last few days after wiping the oil. Looks ok - maybe VERY light mist. I am torn between getting it fixed now and losing a few weeks of riding (precious here in NH) and just watching it and having it repaired during the winter. Thoughts?
took my SERK to Vegas from SD last weekend. 680 miles round trip. Ran her hard up there Saturday evening. 85 -105mph across the desert. air temp was in the mid to high 90's. Came back Sunday late afternoon. Desert was high 90's to 109F! shade of big rigs felt great! Still ran 85-95 most of the way.no oil leaks as of yet. (read posting #7) Have 12000+ miles on my '07 SE Road King. Beleve she runs best pushig all the gears. 2200 - 4700RPMs. Gas milage sucks(36.5 MPG) but hay the wind feels great and the vibrations are terrific!
Anybodies Nuetral switch acting up when the tranny oil gets warm?

I never said it was loose, just seeping oil and I tightened it up some more and it stopped seeping.
Brought the bike in last Tuesday and the dealer changed the gasket. Put it back together and it still leaks. Dealer says there is a "ridge" on the bottom in the metal that looks like the machining process stopped and restarted when it was made leaving a ridge in the metal. Suggested I bring it back during the winter cause it looks like a three week job.
