Well, my bike goes in on the 29th for repair. The dealer mentioned several possibilities (including the o-ring), so we will see what they find. I will post the results when I get the bike back.
My dealer said they will turn it in 1 day! If that is true and it is really fixed, I will be impressed. If it does not leak, I go back to riding it like crazy until it leaks (or not) again.
Heard when they cut the cased for the 110 motor, it took the bore real close to the cylinder studs, not leaving much meat for the orings to seal in the 1st place. If you over tigthen the heads if flexes the bottom end too.
Looks like H-D would of examined this a little closer.
Hate to hear everybodys problems with such a nice bike's/
Waste of time in the shop. Guy at desk said they would turn it around in a day. Mechanic told me they were only "looking" at it. 3 days of work for tear down and rebuild. Anyway, parts are ordered. I will have it done late fall unless it gets worse.
They did find my auto decompression system turned off. I had complained about hard starting when hot. Now it is on and the bike starts easily.
Got bike back from shop because of oil leek been rideing it off and on for 3 days now and leak started again on rear cylinder! what to do what to do. I think Ill ride it out a little longer this time because I hate being with outmy bike.

Well, I am going to ride mine until the end of the season or it blows up! Then fix over the winter.
