Which manual? There should be a seperate CVO Supplement to the Touring Models Service Manual.

The 2020 CVO Limited supplement manual says the panel needs to be removed. But that also requires the tank be pulled back a bit.

what is the manual and supplement ?
i referenced page 8-17 figure 8-11 from manual 94000738 that's all i have located , i did pull the tank to keep from damaging the panel and tank
lot of work to get the lower panel off
