Bike sounds really good!!! Someone spent a lot of money on that bike. Motor build with exhaust and tuner, quick detach TP, bars, saddlebag lights and I’m sure even more that can’t be seen. Looks like the windshield fairing trim is missing and highway pegs/mounts, the horn has been changed and you mentioned the seat. All of those can be replaced for a fraction of the cost of everything else that was done.
Might want to consider changing the mid frame deflector to one that works with the Cool-Flow fan. That should keep it off of the exhaust.

Congratulations on a great find, enjoy .
Yeah, you pretty much saw what I found on the outside. He did spend a lot, all internally. I tried to take it for a ride yesterday, but I have drop-foot and couldn't up-shift with my toe. Had to ride it in 2nd gear, but heel shifter is on the way. Feels VERY strong. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
Well, I dug into the bike some this weekend and I must say, I got more than I bargained for. Remember, the dealer gave me no indication that the bike was anything but stock. After taking a few things apart and hooking the computer up to it to look at his tune, this is what I have found so far....
Assuming he bought the whole S&S kit, it probably has the S&S cam plate and oil pump too, but I didn't open up the cam chest. (would't be surprised if it had Progessive mono-tube suspension in the front either)
