500 mile impressions
2023 CVO Road Glide Break-in is done. This motor runs strong, what a blast to ride. The handing is confidence building, slow speed maneuvering included.
Different things I've noticed from my previous rides.
The saddle bag mounting, they are secure. The old bikes no matter how tight I cranked them on I could still grab the bottom and lift up with all kinds of slop, that is all gone.
Gone are the head Breathers, the trans top cover is like the Trask unit, The breather bypass crowd will like this setup.
I play my tunes off a USB Drive, the old Boom Box allowed random songs, if I wanted It could skip around. This new system will only play albums and it repeats over and over till I pick another album.

I use the USB and a flash drive to play music. Mine sorts by song, artist and album. Wonder if it has something to do with the way the music is recorded? Thanks for the tip on the random play....Ill try that the next time I ride.

One more thing: Smart move by HD with the trans cover breather. I got the Trask cover and the intake is staying completely dry.

The transmission vent hose goes to the intake manifold. Not only are there no head breathers. The hole were the breather vented to intake manifold bolts is plugged.
