I changed the baffles to fullsac 1 3/4 for $125 and they sound a lot better; I also replaced the headpipes from a non-cat '09 UC. The job was easy and cheap. You can get step by step instructions from www.cvoharley.com
Does anyone know if there is a slip on muffler for the new 09 SE Roadglide.
If not slip on mufflers what is the hot set up for the road glide.
Thanks
Fuel Moto has a setup that works great. You can get their power package or just a pair of jackpot slip ons at very competitive prices. I had my bike dynoed and the numbers are about as good as you can get without doing internal motor work. Hope this helps.
GScotty - I had new Chuck Fosse Racing (CFR) slip ons put on my 09 SERG at the dealership when I purchased it in February...salesman claimed it was the "hot setup"; can't say how hot they are, but had to add a tuner so mixture could be enrichened...bluing of the pipes can occur if too lean, I was told They look and sound great...highly recommend the quality of workmanship too.
Regards, Jack
Thanks for the info guys..I am leaning towards the Fullsac baffle as that would let me keep the nice 4 inch pipes from SE.... But, what are you guys using for fuel management.
I had PCIII on my 08 103 Ultra and was happy.. Is anyone using the V&H fuelpac or do I need to get it all dynoed with PC or SERT...
Thanks for any info

I went with the SERT and a dyno tune. My engine was running rough after the exhaust mods. I have a PCIII on my Dyna and a SERT on my Road King. I use the SERT on the SERG because I use the HD shop here; I use the PC on my Dyna because I keep it in FL and my indy there can't dyno a SERT. They are both great products.

I went with the Fuel Moto Power pac. It includes the mufflers, SE Air Cleaner and Power Commander for about $650.00. Jamie will include the map so you don't need to Dyno it unless you want to. The Jackpots have a nice deep sound which I get compliments on all the time. Good Luck Scotty!
