Default Hot as.....

I'm riding an '09 SEUC w/ 1400 miles on her.
I can be running up the highway for 30 minutes @ 70mph on a 70 degree day and she's so hot the skin on my right leg is ready to peel off
Is this normal and I'm just crazy for putt'n up with it???
Or is this excessive heat abnormal???

Pretty normal unfortunately with a factory tune. They run way too lean due to EPA regulations. If you get a fuel management system such as a power commander, TTS or Screamin Eagle Super Tuner you can get rid of a huge part of the problem and your bike will have more power and in theory last longer. Use your search button in the dark blue area across the top of your screen to find out more useful information on this and every other topic imaginable. Good Luck!

Thanks James... The bike cost so much to begin with one hates to think he have to throw more money into it just to get it to run right. Toys mods I undrestand but, essentials, nah. Either way I'll have to check it out because it's really just to umcomfortable to ride this way
