you'll need to remove the one side of the fork at the axle. there is one which is a 4 bolt clamp, remove that, then release the clamp bolt on the other end. slide out the axle while you've got it supported on a lift. after sliding out the axle, remember which side the spaces went in, mark them with a sharpee or magic marker, as wd-40 will remove it after you reinstall it. with the axle out, the wheel will be removed from the front clearing the front fender, by dropping the wheel out of the fender, clearing the calipers, etc. easy to do. be sure you've got it up off the floor with a good lift though. while it's on the lift, make sure to keep the jiffy stand down, so that when you reinstall the wheel, it's gonna rest on the jiffy stand when you lower it back to the floor.

If you look at the right side fork you will see a small threaded hole where the axle should be. Take a small screw and thread it in the hole and this will remove the little cover thats over the end of the axle. Then you will see the axle and you can get it from this point.
