i have a 2009 se ultra 9000 miles just started hearing a noise out of the front end couldnt figure it out took it to the dealer and we thought it could be the tire. Well the other day harley came out with a service bulletin on the front tire. They will replace it if its not to worn i think its 3/32 to 5/32 tread left. anyway went into the dealer yesterday and i got a new front tire under waranty. Thats nice

did they explain why the tires were being recalled?

there was an issue with noise, cupping, ride quality. the new tires tread goes in the opposite direction
