Are there any major or minor differences between a 2010 cvo ultra and a 2013 cvo ultra?
Any other differences besides the boom audio with amp, ipad docking, and GPS?

Thanks any info appreciated.
I think you have most of the differences listed, I was considering trading my 2010 CVO Ultra for a new 2013 CVO Ultra, they offered me 27k on trade and wanted 38k for theirs, I couldnt justify 11K for the ipad and gps docking.
I only paid 24k cash for my bike and have it just the way I want it, couldnt see buying another set of cams, and pipes and header and tuner and......
If I am correct, the 2013 has the following upgrades: (then the 2010 CVO)
GPS & Ipod (which was already said)
adjustable passenger backrest
boom bagger speakers
"slipstream" collection, (instead of the "Rumble" collection)
mirror chrome "Chisel" rims
SE Ventilator air filter
Boom "Bass port"
12V power supply (in Tour pak)
full size floorboards w/ extended heel shift level
EZ tourpak lid catch
New SE lifters
New SE Variable Pressure Clutch
I'm sure someone will chime in with more, but that's all I can think of.
I dont know about all that stuff, mine has the lumbar adj backrest, the 12volt power supply, I didnt know there was "new" lifters or a variable pressure hydraulic clutch, wonder what the difference is between my hydraulic clutch and "new" variable pressure would be.

Just going off memory,
Sorry if I listed the above that the 2010 has.
I too have the hydraulic clutch. The new variable pressure is better at engine braking and the new lifters for sure are BETTER then the ones we have installed in ours but may not be better then say like fueling, etc, etc.
Some folks with the 2009, 2010, 2011, & 2012 HAVE/Will encounter some problems with their lifters near or around 30,000 miles. (mine are getting really noisy)
We just installed a set of our Genesis cams ex tuner on a CVO 2013 RG. Ran well but I have to say the slipper clutch is going to be a love hate deal. IT really does not allow you to hit the throttle hard it will grab , slip grab slip and under a hard pull it is rather jerky as the the clutch goes through a cycle of holding to slipping.
If you have a passenger, they will not be impressed with the lack of room. Huge difference in the room on the rear seat. I guess the lumbar support takes up a lot of room
