Default wow OEM Reference: 31445-85
can an actuator arm be repaired without removal of the inner primary on a shiovelhead thanks in advance for your advice

Disconnect battery... before ya touch anything. Easiest to remove the big screw that it pivots on... it's in the parts book..
Obviously the outer must be removed, and you will see it...

from memory the oil tank has to be removed to get to the screw

yeh it does not removing oil tank they a pain in the ***, so inner primary here I come

whats wrong with the arm. id still rather take the oil tank out instead of the inner primary
