Default More wheel spacer/alignment issues

I have the service manual.
I have the parts manual.
I've been trying to figure this out before posting...with that said...
This rear wheel is being a real pain in the ***. Replace my bent swing arm with a kraft tech item. Got the spacers figured out. Now the brake caliper is crooked. The brake arm seems straight, but the caliper itself is not. There *has* to be a spacer between the caliper bracket and the wheel, no way around that. The "special low profile bolts" will hit the caliper bracket if there isn't a spacer there. But, according to the crappy lay out of the parts manual, for the disc brakes set-up at least, I cant find a spacer listed for the bracket.

Then that spacer moves the wheel off-center in the frame, too far to the right. And then that throws off the chain alignment. What is going on here? I know this shouldn't be this difficult.
Are there different dual flange hubs, I dont know what this wheel is from, but it takes a small valve stem, so i know it's a later wheel.

first we are talking about a banana caliper - they sucked new and today they have gotten worse

the angle its sitting at from the rear to the left is worn out pins and or bushing and or both < pad pins are on the list as well

installing the rear caliper spring push up retainer will straighten it out and keep it from rattling and banging around >> do that first

I have the spring, just not in the pic.
At least it sounds fixable. Or maybe i should try to find a better caliper or something? Not opposed to that. Ideally, I'd have drums on each end, cause they always seemed to work well. But, this isn't a perfect world haha. Thanks

the wear is down - when you use the spring you move it up to an area that does not have the same amount of wear - think on that

drums require different rims you have those as well

I just happen to be on the Bridgeport now fixing mine. Posted a pix of spacers..... but look at my pins on one half caliper.... croked...making longer pins so I can go deeper thru caliper to get them straighter. Also sleveing caliper pin holes in caliper.. these caliper have always been junk . You could probably with care do this crap on a drill press. Spring helps but if it screwed up...still going to not work well. I see your has steel pressed bracket but you get the idea. I have reset them using compressed air in the caliper to hold it square to rotor to see how bad pins are

I got this fixed! The problem was a later model wheel. Even though it was a dual flange wheel, the hub isn't the same aa a shovel hub. The later model has a hub that is about 1/4" wider on one side than the other. So I found a shovel dual flange, and everything went together as it should. No spacer needed on the brake side, as illustrated in the book, the sprocket is lined up with the trans sprocket, and the wheel is centered in the frame.
So to answer my question, yes, there are different dual flange wheels, and the hubs aren't the same.
