Wow I guess u havent been buying his garbage lately. Pure junk..grudge box? Pffft 2 i know of broke with no hp to speak of(125 hp 132 torque). Primary adjuster ..have 3 bent ones in the scrap pile..he did warranty my personal one but it went sour after 25 k. Compensators? Out of 5 i installed in 2 years 2 are pounding already. Kicker parts...pfffttt look like chinese crap to me. So yah junk till he does something different......
50 years of andrews stuff on street not a problem.....jims stuff good so far. Baker was always my first go too......not anymore....l

Oddly we have Bikes nearly at 160 MPH ... standing start Quarter... without problems... Grudge Box!!!
nope... just the only year the 4 speed type clutch release mechanism came on a 5 speed softail trans....
Came on tons of touring bikes and FXRs...Any year evo softail 5 speed trans can be made to work in a 4 speed frame..
what model is that. i have that 5sp in my trike.did the 5sp early ones change in 87 to a splined main shaft.do you know if the splined shaft will fit the early 5sp.i need a trans with a splined main so i can fit the baker reverse.thank you

Personal friend probably explains it.....i will not warranty his stuff anymore if guys want it...plus the stuff is expensive and getting no better than ultima crap.. no drag racing here for over 40 years. Need stuff to work and last. I have no loyaty with any of the above...only what i see in the street.

Yes, call Bert and ask him why there so many people telling me they can't get delivery in a timely manner.
J&P says 6 speeds will ship in a couple days, but they look so wide and much heavier, J&P can't say when a 4 speed would ship. Ask him if there's a reason I can't get a 4 speed.

I know this answer, as I have asked repeatedly for some Sportster stuff... Supply follows Demand... Lets Face it... Not alot of demand for a 4-speed... In fact the internet experts will tell ya you can only get by with a 6 Speed ... Imported **** is available in Profuse quantities...
Course... I don't see why one would go thru J&P anyway... Never have, never will, and John was my friend also... He understood taking care of a local Indy, because he built a Business around a Lack of Loyalty, nor Give a ****...
