Default Absolutely cannot get compensator nut off

What does one do when there is absolutely no movement in the compensator nut? The previous owner (an IDIOT) used a brass washer behind the nut, and it has dished inward, causing an absolute lock. So far, I’ve applied all the heat I have access to (propane and MAPP), used two different impact guns at 150psi, and put everything I have on it with a 4ft breaker. So far, all I’ve got to show for it is a broken breaker bar. I’m at my wits’ end. Literally no clue where to go next. Because I know you’ll ask, yes I have been turning it the right way. Any tips here?

Maybe find someone with a 1 inch impact gun and socket or rent one?

I'd try a commercial, heavy-duty truck service place. I'm guessing they've taken off tighter nuts.

You may be putting on to much heat and expanding everything.

I doubt this, since I’ve tried with and without heat. I’ll call up a heavy duty diesel shop or something, see if they can’t give it the beans for me.

A breaker won’t do it. You need shock like from a very Heavy Duty impact wrench. Just heat it enough to melt locktite , it doesn’t take much.

Maybe the socket can't get a good bite because of the washer. I would try a 3ft pipe wrench and smack it with a long sledge hammer. Of course I have friends who are plumbers who work industrial and have large wrenches. Good luck!
