Default Good Running 1967 FLH

'

I found a bike I like very much but am unfamiliar with the current Pan/Shovel market. I did a lot of searching and price comparing when I found the evo fat boy I wanted. There are not many Pre-AMF era bikes to compare to in the current market. The bike I found is not a museum piece. Looks like someone, re-did the top end, made it real pretty, and tuned it really nice. It starts easy and runs smooth. Its got some non original parts on it but looks real good. New Speedo so unknown miles. Original bags and seat included but in unknown shape. I would buy it and ride it. I would hope it would appreciate but who knows these days? What’s a low value for a bike like that?

There's a lot of Taiwan Tedd parts on it, nice looking bike though. Would need to see more pics and do the belly numbers match?

Do you know what is meant by belly numbers? If they dont match and based on how much bling is going on I would say asking price wont match reality.

Are the belly numbers the lower case numbers? I assume they matched the frame numbers from the factory. I dont think its an original numbers matching bike because the owner is not advertising that.

Don't assume anything, you know the old saying. What is the bike titled as?

I agree with not assuming. I have not seen the title.

Then do this take pictures of the engine number that will be your title chassis number - frame numbers are casting only not vehicle identification the engine is the number that is used on all harleys until 1969 they went to the frame after that in 1970

bottom numbers confirm the year the engine actually is - even buying one you need to be sure

flat side shovels are bringing good money riders not correct are 15,000 and more restored museum quality 25 and up seen some at 50

So at one point or another that bike ran pretty hot. See how blue those pipes are? You might factor that into your asking price. Also, drags on a shovel are LOUD as hell.
