Well you got your vision, and thats good. My bike pictured above has a 19" front also. I like that angle vs a 21".
I scoured the web for ideas with my bike refurbish... Not to copy but adapt into to my own style of bike. Keep it real and have fun with it.
You'll have to decide what you are looking for at the end. I like the original look personally. Make a plan and stick to it.
If you get creative with LED lights you can put turn signals in the ends of the struts and they won't look unfinished. Search around and use your imagination.
This says it fits the bike, but it says Dual 7/16" Flange. My bike has a single brake rotor on the front, I assume that's how it came stock. So does that mean I can't use the dual 7/16 flange?
If you want a 19" front wheel, I'd suggest the aluminum hub FX/XL version. There are a million out there, and can be setup with one or two disks. The wheel you show would work on the back, but I'd look for OEM. There are a million out there too, from dozens of years.

I'm looking for black rim/chrome spokes. As far as I know I cant get those in OEM?
If needed I'm just going to stay with 16 inch front and rear. I'm not finding any 19 inch black rim/chrome spoke wheels for the front so far.
My stock wheels on this bike have 1 rotor front and 1 rotor rear, so this dual flange thing has me confused.
