You have to be careful when buying on Amazon. If the item is not being purchased from the manufacturer, there is no telling where the part you get is made. Most Bosch relays I've seen on Amazon are shipped from different companies and made in many different countries. If you go that route, be sure it's returnable.
I purchased some Timken bearings and the seller was Timken. The pictures of the bearings showed the part number and "USA" on the bearings so I purchased them. When they arrived, they were in the orange and black boxes and the bearings did have USA.

I think Echlin ECH MC23013..is NAPA one...However, I do Not know where made.. I did Find that the Bosch is available However...Made in Portugal..Good? Bad? Indifferent???

Bosh hasn`t made those relays in years, they sold the business to Tyco.
If you buy one from the aftermarket, make sure it is waterproof.
If you have a dealer near you just get one from them, it will be better than most of the junk out there.

Repco or Supercheap should have Hella, never had a problem with a relay from either of those stores.
