FLH passing lamps
Good morning all,
I’ve an annoying problem with my passing lamps, lately whenever I turn the lights on they are on, doesn’t matter if they are on high or low beam or whatever the toggle switch position is in, I’ve pulled the headlight etc out of the nacelle & checked the wiring against my manual it appears correct.
Would a faulty toggle switch create this issue?

If the Passing lamp switch contacts were shorted internally the lamps would be on always until you switch to high beam. As you say they remain on when on high beam, then something is amiss with the wiring.
Does the low beam filament remain on when on high beam?
Have you a multimeter?
