Hey Chief-G, Awesome scooter! She's BEAUTIFUL!!!
I love that paint.
You got her back together real quick.
I tore mine apart back in Oct. 06, and I'm still not on the road yet.
It was only suppose to be down for the winter, but the further I went into it, the more I found I had to replace.
I guess that's to be expected of a thirty year old ride.
The previous owner did only two things to it... start it, and ride it, that's it.
So years of neglect by him, lead to a lot of lost time and money for me.
It will be nice when it's finished, just an Ol Shovel Crusier, basic black, nothin' fancy, but you got me rethinkin' the paint!
Thanks for putting a fire under my butt to get her going again!
Ride safe!
Very nice. I considered not installing the rails around the bags on my 68 but sure glad to have them on, they have saved the paint on a couple occasions and more shinny stuff!
Enjoy!
oh my misunderstanding
my 68 had them oem they clamp to the rear crash bar and brackets to the rear fender and rear bumper the newer bikes my not have had them.
enjoy your ride
