I run the Andrews C Grind along with that Dual Plugged,S&S shorty E Carb. The C-Grind is probably the besr cam I have run in a shovel. You can still run Hydraulic lifters and it has a great power curve! Good Luck!

I have a Andrews "A" in my 72 and an "AB" in the 68. The 68 never overheats now.

Andrews, I think a B. Supposed to be a mild cam over stock. Lobes were worn on the stock cam and the shop owner that was doing the work had a slightly used cam for $50. So I got it.

Sifton 113 (for a heavier FL), with Jim's big-axle hydraulics.

It ain't no speed demon, but can pull out tree stumps, and is very quiet, and starts so quick, you barely hear the starter kick in.
