Thumbs up Some shovel ****, dual mags, jugs, eng :D

Getting close to getting the old girl back together, still doing some work on the tank, neck areas. I fig I would share a few pics with you all. Covers just came back from chrome, I just repolished the jugs not long back. Heads just been gone over, went a touch bigger on the new valves, some seat, port work ect. Have a pic there with the old Arias piston, just had 2 new ones cut, crazy enough the guy at Arias can remember the orig set done more then 20 years ago, LOL. Chrome on everything else is from the day my dad put it together. Back when CHROME was chrome... Can not wait till Dad and me get it back together..

Thanks. The jugs were done at POOL way back when. Now from reading up you can buy these in aluminum, billet now. These were prob the first castings done in aluminum. I want to say 25 years ago? Still have yet to see a actual dual mag set up that is in daily trim, not a drag.

Thank you sir. Going to put some pics up possibly in a new thread of the rebuild process of the bike it self. Had to unfortunately cut the molded tank off since it had a leak inside, nothing we used to seal it would do so. So instead of just slapping another tank on, he found a unmolested lowrider tank, made new mounting tabs on it and the bike, bolted it on, then welded round stock in a tight hug to the tank, finished all the metal work, then mudded the tank back to the bike, sanded it, then cut it back off to get a nice fine line.. Lots of work but worth it..

Those cylinders would date back to the mid - late 70's , maybe 1980 at most .
