So next questions:

1. Should I change the size of my tires or stick with stock sizes front is 100/90 R19, Rear is 160/70 R17. I'm not keen on changing spacers or wheels or anything at this time so not even sure I I could change sizes but thought I should ask

2. Think I should replace the stock rotor at the same time as the pads and lines? Are there any issues with the rear rotor, it only has about 10k miles on it.
Unless you have a problem with the rotor, I can see no reason to replace it. I have 120k on my 02 wide glide and still have the original rotors front and rear.

Thanks!

I decided to change out the front rotor for the Arlen Ness Big Brake, but will keep rear rotor stock.

Time will tell there and I suspect I'll go back to the Z+ on the front later this summer.

I hope you can get your Big Brake on your ride soon; the difference in front braking is just astounding Just love that thing...
yeah looking forward to it.

On the plus side, going into summer here, riding just isn't as enjoyable. So not a big deal to be doing the tires and pads and such (too bad my garage isn't air conditioned though). Today at noon we were already at 105 degrees and tomorrow is supposed to get to 111 or something like that.

Today I had a job site about 60 miles away from work and in the mountains so decided to ride, it was lovely when I headed out and once there despite having to spend 40 miles on the Interstate. The ride back though, whew like riding in a blast furnace! I think most of my summer riding will be up into the mountains where it's cooler.

My job is pretty good to get riding in though since I can go check on multiple sites any day of the week.

Yup, I didnt do any research here first. Oh well I got in contact with Ness and got the correct bracket on the way.

Glad you contacted Arlen Ness and the proper caliper bracket is on the way; AN had my 02-972-1 bracket to me quickly. You're going to be much happier with your Big Brake when you see how nicely it fits and works when the correct caliper bracket is in your hands

Unfortunately the Arlen Ness Big Brake kit seems to be back ordered for a month so may just install the tires and do brake pads while waiting and just install the rotor when it comes in.

For the rear did you get the 160/70B or just the 160/70??

Thanks, I've been looking around and started noticing they have 2 different ones and was wondering if it mattered which one to get.
