Being the C.O.B. that I am I had to acquire my C. I. crotch cooler second hand. Unfortunately it seems to be a bit short on the left and will afford me no protection from the dual exhaust on that side. Also, I'm having a hell of a time getting the seat tongue to slide into the mount on the frame. Was considering opening up the hole to make some more room.
Does anybody have a picture of theirs on an evo Softail. Would like to get an idea of what it's suppose to look like before I consider any modifications. If I can't fix it I may end up just selling it for what I have into it.
What is wrong with your bike that you need one of those on an EVO????
Nothing wrong with the bike but when I stop and put both feet down my right thigh sometimes comes in contact with either the oil tank or the corner of the rear rocker box and my left leg sometimes leans on the left exhaust pipe if I don't get my foot out far enough.

yeh they don't reach that left side pipe but still better than nothing
Only thing I know is that the person I got if from said they used it on a Softail. Maybe Capt. Itch will happen by and be able to I.D. what it's really for.
You're right though and that was my feeling when I bought it - it is better than nothing.
Worse comes to worse I'll get a piece of leather, dye it black and get it sewn on as an extension.
