Next will be getting phone mount, potentially speedometer with tach, a seat modification, either new seat or MCC mod, and if lucky some type of tunes on the bike.

Hey when you are ready for a phone mount I would suggest checking out Rokform's line of Motorcycle Mounts. Our mounts are machined right here in the USA and made from 6061 T6 aircraft grade aluminum.

Removed heel shifter, comfortable seat, extended brake pedal and toe shifter, long ride shield (though it still isn't tall enough to keep me completely out of buffeting but reduced it enough). Still want taller bars but figured I'd rather be riding in the summer than wrenching in the garage.
Happen to remember the size and source for Heim joints you used?
I used 5/16-24 right hand thread bronze Heim joints sourced from McMaster Carr for $5.67 each. I can advise the part number later of you need it.
I just picked up a 2010 Ultra Limited with 21000 miles on it with extras out the wazoo...
But the original owner never put pipes on her... With that said... I have ordered Rinehart 4" Classic True Duels & a PCV... She already has the Stage 1 Air Kit on her.
Can't wait to get everything done so that I can just ride and enjoy her!

Well............. Now about 5000 miles after putting on the Rinehart Classic True Duals and having my wife on the bike and my 2 kids on the bike... The Classic True Duals aren't the safest nor the most comfortable for the passengers...
I am not looking to sell the Classic True Duals and go with the Rinehart 2:1 Touring Pipe... also looking to change the intake to the Rinehart Aircleaner... Keeping the PC V....
Reason for going to the 2:1 is that the way the pipes are routed it keeps the pipes clear of the passengers feet... I could go with pipes that are ran under the bike that are like stock... But I would need to dig out the old hardware and the small 2:1 performance increase would be a winner also...
If anyone is interested in 4" Rinehart Classic True Duals let me know... I will give em up for a GREAT DEAL... not looking to ship them though...
I did my upgrades in this order, mostly for comfort. (05 RK Custom)
1. Bars, went with 10" Wild Ones mini apes
2. Seat, Corbin Close heated solo (made with softer foam from the factory)
3. Extended toe and heel shifters
4. One inch floorboard extensions.
5. Harley short angle highway pegs mounts (mounted very low for the best comfort)
6. Soft-tail risers (still need to be mounted)
7. Custom shift linkage with heim joints
