Hey guys and gals, The dealership finally emailed me the dyno sheet from when they tuned my bike. I am not convinced the tune is right, gas mileage dropped to 35 and still having some issues when cold. anyway, below is the dyno sheet, not sure what I am seeing so some thoughts would be good. I expected Max Power (HP) to be a little higher, torque at 105.45 seems okay? The have it listed as round open air cleaner, it is a SE intake that they put on.

You also need to change your headpipe and maybe do a 5th gear pull...5th is the pulling gear. I get better numbers out of my 103 with a Stage IV Race kit and V&H Pro Pipe 2-into-1...
No offense but my ‘09 SG 103 motor(112tq, 97hp), built by Jim Egizio of Il HD. Rhinehart 4inch mufflers, se 211 cam, massaged intake manifold and heads. You need a better tuner for sure! I’m pretty sure my Dyno sheet is posted on this site. I have two, my 103” and my 113”! Good luck!
Thanks guys, you have been confirming what I thought. I recently talked to Steve at TTS because the bike was equipped with the tts tune when I bought it and honestly, the dealer is still learning. I have been searching for someone in my area that knows the TTS tuner but so far, its a 4 hour drive one way. Steve is helping me out though, great customer service. I am looking at exhaust systems now, can't decide on whether I want rue duals or not. Thanks agin.

As others have said, I think you can do better. Here's my near-stock 103, with an Arlen Ness Big Sucker Air cleaner and Power Commander V:
After going through all that mathing, I saw the "CF: EEC" in the upper right corner. I'm guessing HarleyTuner, and maybe most of you, already recognized that. Does that mean that a correction factor of 1.16 (the number noted in the bottom right for the EEC) has already been applied?
There's no need to go through all the math. Whoever ran the dyno and printed the chart can easily just check the SAE box and reprint the chart for you. They should be able to rerun the on the computer and email the updated chart in SAE. Not very complicated at all.

This is the reason I require the run files (.drf extension) for all my dyno pulls and tunes, both my cars and bikes. Just bring the tuner or dyno "man" a thumb drive and request them. Once you have the files, you can download WinPEP from DynoJet and run your own graphs .... see comparisons with other runs and change the smoothing and correction factors at will and print what you want.
