So I have a question about removing chrome. I was planning to order 14" black Carlini or RSD apes in the next few weeks. My buddy has a set of 16" RSD apes in chrome that he bought last winter. He has decided to go another direction and offered them to me for $75. So if I get these is it possible to have the Chrome removed and have them done up in black? Not sure how all that works. Also a little worried a out the 16" as I had planned on 14". I'm 6' and they'll be going on a 14 Slim. I don't want them a I've my shoulders. Thx for any and all replies.
