Default breakout shotgun install questions
Hi everyone. Installing a shotgun shock on my breakout today and I have a couple of questions.
On the swing arm end, does the shock still have some side to side movement with the bolts tightened up?

And do the bolts require a washer?

I have got the shock hanging from the rear at the moment.

There's about 1/8 -1/4 inch gap between the bolts and shock.no need for washers.

I do also remember the little gap and some side to side movement. I called J.D. and I was told there will be a gap between the bolts and shock and no washers needed.

Whats the best way to adjust the suspsension for highway driving and slammed town riding?
