I want to get some opinions. What is the best four speaker fairing out there. I have looked in ebay and at reckless. The reckless are expensive and I have heard a lot of up happy reviews. Has anyone bought the eBay fairings and how are they. Remember only four speaker fairings. Opinions please?
I recently purchased a Reckless fairing for my Softail. I got it with the Infinity blue tooth receiver, 300 watt Rockford Fosgate amp and 4 Polk Audio 5.25" speakers. I don't have a lot to compare it to but I think it sounds excellent. I can get a crystal clear sound at a high volume and hear my tunes easily at highway speeds. I also think the fairing is of high quality and the paint they laid on it is flawless. I would recommend them.
You might want to check out the Audio Systems forum and do a search to see if you can find what you are looking for.

thanks man I appreciate it I'm really only looking at the fairing itself I've already got my speakers stereo and amp I'm just looking for the quality in the fairing itself
I've had mine for a bit over 2 years, and the some of the screws have broken away from the speakers, and the paint isn't holding up that great either. Plus the company is a bunch of A-holes that once they get your money don't care about trying to fix a problem. I wish I had sent it back day one when there was initial issues with paint and mounting.
My Reckless fairing is just fine. I bought just the fairing and did the stereo myself. I had it painted to match my bike. No issues what so ever. No chipping, gel coat finish, and none of my screws are broken.
Yep you are correct. I am wrong about the reckless fairings being expensive. I've look more and there are some really expensive ones out there. These woody fairings how much are they for just the fairing ?
