Would a V & H fuelpak on a 2013 slim cause my speedo to stick? Speedo has been replaced twice and speed sensor once any idea's my warranty runs out in 30 days Help!
I wouldn't think the FuelPak has anything to do with that, and as long as the problem was reported under warranty they have to follow through until it's fixed, even if the warranty expires...
Otherwise dealers could just drag their feet on any problem that came close to the warranty expiring just so they could tell you "sorry".
You have posted two previous threads for the same problem going back to December, 2014. Granted you haven't received many helpful replies but it does indicate that this problem has been going on for at least 3 months.
Who replaced the speedo twice and the speed sensor? If it wasn't the dealer, it is time to take it to them before the warranty expires. If they did attempt the repair, time to take it back again.
I believe the speedo works in conjunction with the ECM, thats how u get ur dtc's. If u have been having this problem since new demand satisfaction. Call harley corporate. Have u documented all your service on this issue? Ur going to need it, also when u call corporate make sure you have the amount of time they have had ur bike. Everything adds up.
