Looking for help here. My brother has a bad back and an 86 heritage. I'm looking to see if I can help him out and get some info on shocks for his ride. I've searched on here and the Shotgun seems to be a popular way to go, however I haven't seen anything for an 86.
Any suggestions or comments to help out would be greatly appreciated!
yeh that's a tough one- You try calling Shotgun to see if they have an application for the 86? I'm sure Works makes a set of shocks and they do ride better than OE, but if you want an air suspension then it's either Shotgun or Legend.
Also consider a better supportive seat with gel foam and integrated driver back rest, and not as much forward reach to the bars. That can be a big help to a bad back.
