Well, it's happened to me now. After a year being rock solid the shocks are now leaking down over night. I don't mind the money or the exchange, but it's a GD ****er pulling those out again.
You might as well get the spray bottle with soapy water and find out where the leak is .Could be a simple deal, or maybe not. From what I understand they have a great warrenty anyway.
Hmmm, with how good JD is to us, why is the forum the first place you go? Call JD and ask him for some troubleshooting tips. He has always been more than helpful when he is needed.

I agree, Call JD, he helped me when I needed it and countless others.
I just had the same problem. It was the check valves on my shock. Mine would leak overnight and also wasn't getting quite as firm as I wanted it too. Air it all the way up and then some. Grab soapy water and look under your bike. The shock has 2 little holes on the underside. Those are the check valves. Spray them and if you see bubbles that's your problem. JD and Jessica next day'd me a replacement and now I'm back in business.
On a side note, I also purchased mine about a year ago. Jessica had said something about there being a run of shocks that my have had some problems with internals. They are slowly replacing these units as the problems surface. Either way, call them. They'll set you straight and you may even get one of their sweet new shirts out of it =)

Ah, good tip, I'll get the soap bottle out before I call JD...
