Paul Yaffee X-Pipes would work perfectly with mid controls.

These bad boys? They don't look bad at all. Thanks for the suggestion.

I just sent RSD an email letting them know what I was trying to do and to see if they had any suggestions.

pic of me rolling my rocker with floorboards

@Alain, looking good. I wanted mid controls as well but wasn't sure if the Exile mid-mounts adapters would fit the width of the Rocker frame since the frame is slightly wider than the regular softails. I ended up going with floorboards. Keep us posted.

Nice pic Aztec! I considered floorboards as well. I stuck with mids cause I feel like they will catch more eyes than the floor boards.

As far as the exile kit not being wide enough, it is. Those mounting points are on a threaded rod which allows you to widen them or bring them in closer by threading them. It's a hell of an ingenious design.

Russel mentioned that the rocker's frame and the other softail frames are the same width at the bottom frame rails. The rocker's frame is only wider right where the swing arm mounts.

@Alain, thanks for the information....I might have to switch since I thinK mid-controls look way better. They definitely clean up the clutter.

@Alain, yeah I know. I would have to switch to exhaust that will accommodate mids.

That's them! Very cool looking pipes and you don't see them on every bike out there like some styles. I almost put them on my previous Fatboy. Perfect way to show off your new mid controls.

Quick question for you guys.

How complicated is it going to be to replace the rear brake switch light?

The new rear master cylinder is going to be mounted under the transmission. The new brake line will come off that and I'm trying to figure out how to run the brake light switch from this new position.

The connector for the stock brake light switch is about 3 inches in front of the new master cylinder position so Im not too sure how to run the new brake switch towards the front.

I know Goodridge makes a banjo bolt with a brake light circuit attached to it. Will that work ?

EDIT: Here is a picture of where the stock brake light switch is currently. To give you guys an idea, the new brake light switch will have to reach all the way from there towards the rear of the transmission cover (right where the exhaust mounts are.

Thoughts?
