They did at one point make tubeless laced wheels. It flopped pretty hard and they had a lot of trouble keeping them sealed. As far as I know, they've gone back to standard tubed laced wheels.
I hate tubes and currently have HD optional tubeless, spoke, chromed, aluminum wheels.
They work perfectly.I almost never have to add air,It seems like less often than cast aluminum wheels.
The only problem was when I had a tire mounted by some dolt at the dealer. When I got home I had zero air. They did give me a new tire and replace the liner. All the other (3 sets)tires were fine.
not a fan of tubes, when I bought the bike I Was going to get different rims but sales guy said to wait. Said wait till the winter when they have a discount sale and purchase them then
If they are factory Harley wheels, and do not say tubeless on the wheel...yes they do.
It doesn't matter what it says on the tire. Most motorcycle tires say "Tubeless" but if you have the standard spoke wheel, you have tubes or you have flat tires that won't hold air.
I've got the Harley tubeless spoke wheel on my '14 Deluxe, it's still an available option on the '15 Deluxe. My wife's Slim has the standard spoke wheel and runs tubes. The tubeless spoke wheel is not a factory option on the Slim.
