Why do all that for 4 cubes? Something wrong w current setup?
Probably not worth it and could spend that dough elsewhere on your bike. I'd post in the engine mechanical forum and hit up Scott at Hillside and Kirby at VeeTwin racing. Those guys really know their stuff.

Seems too low for that set up, maybe check your cranking pressure and go from there. You have bigger intake valve and flowed heads? should be at 110/110 at least even if TB is stock.

Yes. Kendall Johnson built those heads for my setup. Running easy start cams as well. Plus se 58 tb. Going to have a Indy take a look at it in a few weeks.
