01Deuce passenger question

Long story short I have recently started dating a girl who has never rode before. She is a bigger girl so what is the total weight on a Softail Deuce supposed to be. Its a 2001.

I have a Corbin dual tour from long ago for my 2000 Deuce. Wife would ride behind. Still have Deuce and Wife, but also a Road Glide. So have gone over to permanent 1-up on the Deuce. PM me if interested.

Just adjust the shock to it's max preload. If too stiff back off until comfortable for her.

I'll check my manual for the 2000 Deuce and post the max weight for the Deuce tomorrow. I suspect that it will be within limits.

Here's a thought. Her weight is fine. You will just have to adjust yours to fit the max limit.
