No because I was going to retire in January 2016. And now that's been moved up a few years because my payment went up some and they started from scratch...again.
It's OK. It's a sickness. We all have it. At least you are in the right support group. We get it.
<--- Right around retirement, I'm going to spring for CVO Geezer-Glide Ultra so I can FINALLY tour the entire U.S.. My wife "thinks" I'm going to trade in the Fatboy... Sorry honey, still have to keep an around town errand bike.
Lots of people who don't have much experience with anything other than "cruiser-style" bikes, or old-school apehanger setups, won't adapt very quickly to the Breakout. The stock setup (aside from the easily dragged footpegs), actually works quite well. A little forward lean does a great job of countering wind pressure. For those who are accustomed to hanging on for dear life with apehangers or something, some adjustment time may be required.
A fat rear tire (up to a point) needn't give anything up in the handling department. One can easily and quickly lay a Breakout down at the frame-scraping level, if one has much experience with riding motorcycles.
If one is old or out of shape enough that they can't get their fingers within two feet of their toes when bending over, then the Breakout probably isn't a great choice. There are many other options, one of them being motorized wheelchairs.
