Windshield boom box speaker replacement
Has anyone with the windshield boom box had to replace the speakers?if so,what did you use?its a tight fit and unless you can find some in a store it's not a easy thing to do.

I put 2 Polk speakers in the box and kept the amp.i had to take the whole box apart and do a lot of grinding on the brackets holding the speakers.no big deal,the magnets on the new speakers were a lot bigger than stock so i had to cut the support brackets so they would drop through the speaker hole.well worth my time but took patience and grinding.sound a lot better at 70 mph than stock ones.
