Not crazy about the look on a softail, I think it looks best on Sportys & I prefer an accurate (as accurate as reasonably possible) fuel gauge reading.

My speedometer is on my handlebars, so it'd hit the tank if I raised it and even if it wouldn't, it messes up the gas gauge in the tank or so a friend told me.
