Default Tank Lifts... Why dont you?

In most cases and this is the best of all; it gives the bike a lowered rear look. And that's just for starters.
The other is and that is my fav. Is that it puts the gages further up where you can just **** yer eye ***** and not the head to glimps down at what the deal is with the ride
So its more than just looks. Its functional

On a heritage IMO I dont either. But on most other softail, I do
I know this is a preference issue, but a nother good reason for me is that I can get to the rocker covers way better

My gas gauge is bang on. I don't want to screw with a good thing...

Same here, I like the way it came from the factory.

I bought an 1.5" kit and never used it.
I didn't like what I read about the "diminished capacity", and I didn't like the look of the big gap it left at the front...

Why not? I hate the look.

To each his own, obviously.

I think they look stupid and cheap. It may make the lines of the bike better, but then you have two cheap tabs up front in plain view and exposes the wires that were originally hidden on top of the frame.

Good thing we all get to personalize our bikes ourselves.
