I have had no issues with my 1.5 lift. I like the look and suffer no lost mileage.

A tank lift shouldn't be needed, unless you need it for visual balance on a bike with a fat azz.
Kinda like women getting breast implants to make their butt look smaller. LOL

Lifted tanks look good on the right bike. Burrito-Bro's bike looks great with a tank lift. I think they do best with apes and solo seats.

I agree with you...the tank lift is NOT for all bikes. I also think some get TOO high...

But...that's what having a softy is all about. Do what you want with your bike...who gives two ***** what anyone else thinks.
