Ok so my 15 fatboy lo is the denim black. I want to change the dash out to black instead of chrome. Does anybody sell a black dash panel or is this something I need to have painted or powder coated.
Secondly, I absolutely can not stand the chrome and very ugly brake light on the bike I am thinking of going to a smoked LED brake light however I can't find a Black trim/ surround piece for it.... Does someone offer one or again am I powder coating again. Or better yet does anybody offer a more slimmed down light.
I have tried the wonderful world of google already just curious if someone could point me in the right direction.
the dash i'm not sure is made for your bike anymore. Pre-2011, the "trip" button was on the side of the dash, so I was able to use a dash from a Nighttrain, which was black (HD 71248-00A). You could use the same one, but you'd have a hole on the side of it that would need to be plugged.. it was about $70 or so, so on par with taking yours and just getting it powdercoated.
the chrome ring around the brake light, not sure, but now you're talking about changing out the housing and such.. which, for as small of a part as it is, you could just remove from the fender, clean, scuff, and paint it yourself.
